I’m Rosie and I am passionate about easing the stress of house buying and navigating the mortgage maze so you can get on with making a home to fill with treasures and memories.

The prospect of a new home is so exciting but you have to buy the house first and there is a lot to consider – rules, criteria, law, money…….  It could be your first house purchase and you don’t know where to start, you might want to do some home improvements, move to accommodate your growing family, you may have unusual circumstances or simply just not have the time to manage the process on your own.

I have been supporting & guiding clients through this process UK-wide for 15 years as a self-employed adviser.  This follows a successful career in financial services with the big banks Royal Bank of Scotland & Morgan Stanley.  Like many mums, work & childcare can clash for attention and so the flexibility of my mortgage adviser role over the years suited the needs of my family, my biggest priority.  I love my job and building relationships with my clients, especially now my teens are quite independent.

My job is to provide utmost care & diligence while advising you through each step of the mortgage maze.  My advice is tailored to each client and I am passionate about matching quality with value, especially where insurance products to protect your family & home are concerned.

I am an independent mortgage adviser who has access to mortgage products available across the whole market.  Quite simply I aim to find you a great deal suited to your circumstances, whatever they may be.

I will spend time with you getting to know your preferences and exploring options.  I am always open for questions.

I charge a fee for mortgage advice but it is fair and transparent and represents the value my knowledge, skills & experience adds to the process.  I also believe in giving back and I donate a percentage of all fee income to homeless charities across the UK.  I am ever grateful to be in a position to own a safe roof over my head.

Frankly, I care.  I genuinely care about my clients, humans in general and the planet!

In my spare time I love a wee glass of fizz, sun, sea & walking in the beautiful Scottish countryside and I teach kids and adults how to knit too!
